We actually have two listings and these are from Security Bank Corporation, and Security Bank Savings. These include properties that are mostly from Metro Manila and Luzon, with a few from the Visayas and Mindanao areas.
Keep in mind that these properties are NOT for public auction. Interested buyers only need to submit their offers. Prices are negotiable, subject to management approval, and are also subject to change w/o prior notice.
