This is just a quick update to my previous post about the “Usapang Foreclosed Property Investing” seminar. In order to accommodate more participants, venue has been moved to Slate Creative Studio, #373 Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City. Schedule remains the same and the seminar pushes through on July 26, 2014. Registration starts at 1:00pm, seminar starts at 2:00pm. Learning fee is just Php1,000.00.

Due to the reason that the original place (UCC Cafe BGC) has become too small to accommodate all participants, we are moving to a bigger and better venue.
New venue: Slate Creative Studios #373 Boni Avenue, Mandaluyong City (one block from Rizal Technological University/RTU).
Directions:
From Edsa, bus or train commuters may get off at Boni MRT station.
Make your way to the southbound side (to Makati) of Edsa.
There is a 7-eleven on that corner of Boni Ave, with Caltex and New Horizon Hotel on the opposite side.There is a jeepney terminal there.
Take any jeep (on the 7-eleven side) going towards Mandaluyong / Maysilo / Kalentong
Get off just after Metrobank or across RTU (Rizal Technological University).Slate is located across RTU and San Francisco Gardens condo. Slate is

Any other upcoming seminars/schedules?
We have received many inquiries from subscribers asking if there will be other seminars to be conducted soon that can fit their schedules, and if the upcoming seminars can be held in other locations (for OFW’s abroad, and those who are based outside of Metro Manila).
Actually, we already have an ongoing online training course that addresses the issues mentioned above. However we only opened this to a select group of subscribers, and attendees of the Money Summit and Wealth Expo 2014. We plan to make the training course available to more people soon, but on a limited basis (we need to make sure we can handle the needs of those who have enrolled).
We will announce more details about the online training soon, but we will only announce it to subscribers (for reasons mentioned above), so if you are interested, don’t forget to subscribe to receive updates regarding this.
